- Job search websites send email alerts about similar or current jobs
- Books are easy to read and understand
- For websites, video tutorials (or help in other formats)
- Job search site has connectivity to other social media sites (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Career research sites offer in depth information on various companies and organizations
- Career research sites give salary estimates for different job titles
- Who wrote the information? Is the author credible?
- Who is the intended audience? Is the language professional?
- Is the job search site free of typos and errors? How is the information presented?
